Silverfrost Gotham

The front page of the website says that Gotham is free except for use on a Live webserver.  Whats the license exactly?  Whats the definition of Live?  I presume I can use it on a development machine, but as soon as I show somebody else am I breaking the license?

Hi Ivan

By 'live' we mean that it is running on a server that spends its life serving web pages. This server this page is on is live -- it serves web requests 24 hours a day seven days a week. The term live does not include:

Any pages you serve on your development machines
Any pages you serve in trying to determine load or performance characteristics (even if it is on an external web server)
Any pages you serve on a machine that serves less than 1000 pages a day
